Founding Principal

Nashville native Anne Dereaux earned her Bachelor and Master’s of Architecture at Tulane and Cornell Universities. With her final year being disrupted by Hurricane Katrina, her early career years were spent in the service of restoring historic affordable residences in post-Katrina New Orleans. Subsequently, her professional path led to California, where she spent a decade with prestigious luxury design firms in Los Angeles and refined her expertise, contributing to and leading design and construction projects for some of the most exquisite residential spaces in the city.

With 15+ years of experience in architecture and interiors, she founded Dereaux Studio, focusing on high end residential and hospitality projects. With a diverse creative background, which once included moonlighting as both an artist and creative director for Motown/Capitol Records, her design approach inevitably brings a distinctive sensitivity to storytelling through space, allowing her to craft residences that authentically honor the individuality of each client. Selected as one of Dwell Magazine’s 24 Emerging Global Designers, and recipient of the Edge Award at the LA Design Festival in 2023.

Senior Project Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the field of architecture and real estate development, Tiffany uses her experience to facilitate the execution of projects from design through Construction Administration.

Tiffany received her Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Woodbury University, and of Master of Science in Real Estate Development at New York University. Tiffany’s professional experience includes time spent at AD 100 firms Yabu Pushelberg and Marmol Radziner, which has provided her experience in a range of industries including retail, boutique hospitality, and high end residential homes.

Senior Interior Designer

Nicolette Tsukamoto is a seasoned interior designer with a rich background in luxury residential development and custom home builds. Having honed her skills at the UCLA interior architecture program, Nicolette brings over a decade of expertise to her craft.

In 2017, her talent was recognized when she was featured in the Pasadena Showcase House—an esteemed platform that honors top emerging interior design professionals in the city. Curating exquisite finishings, furnishings, and artwork is her playground, and she has a knack for discovering unexpected juxtapositions that breathe life into each project. Her design philosophy transcends aesthetics, and gets to the heart of customizing each space according to the unique preferences and lifestyle of every client.
