Penthouse Elegance

This client purchased a 7,500 square foot white box penthouse in one of the year’s most desirable new residential builds. We were tasked with creating a livable but luxurious penthouse experience that celebrated the incredible views of the city, as well as their long held art collection and love for entertaining. We took a very hands on approach with this client, who loved to peruse the empty space and dream of the possibilities together. After many rounds of sketching and iterating, down to the shelves that would perfectly celebrate their sculptures and photos, we transformed this concrete box into a bespoke palace in the sky.
